Shipping Days

We are based in Australia and ship once a week (typically on Fridays), which translates to a 1-7 days before your order will be processed, packed and shipped off to you. If you would like to receive your order sooner please contact us via our Contact page and we will aim to take care of you.

Shipping Method

At present we only use standard shipping via Australia Post for both domestic and international orders. Once processed, packed and sent, domestic orders within Australia should take 2-8 business days to reach you (depending on your location). International orders should take 10-15 business days from the day your order is shipped.

TRACKING
We currently do not offer any tracking on orders however if your package has not reached you by the timeframes stated above, please do not hesitate to contact us via our Contact page.

Damaged Goods

We take great care when packing our products however if your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace the item/s or provide a full refund.

Please simply photograph the damaged area/s and include the photo/s in a reply to your order confirmation email. If you can not find your order confirmation email please send us a message along with your details via the Contact page.
